Are you feeling stuck in a rut or feeling like there is quicksand underneath you? Sometimes when we feel this way, we think we must set goals and start to accomplish them. That only adds an additional load on our already full schedules. 

If you can’t take time out …sometimes bringing magical moments to you daily, makes a world of difference. 

If you can’t accomplish all of these… pick a couple that seem the most doable with where you are. They work together but are powerful in their own to start creating positive change. 

Try this for 30 days and see the transformation that happens 

  1. When you wake up in the morning, first thing to do is drink a glass of water 
  2. Set an intention for the day.
  3. Sit in silence for 10 minutes.
  4. Write down 5 things you are grateful for today 
  5. Go outside and walk for 30-45 minutes (if it is raining put on rain boots and bring an umbrella. If it’s cold outside put on all your warm layers and go for a walk. If it’s impossible to walk outside, can you walk inside while looking at nature picture of nature video, next to live plant)
  6. Fast for 14 hours every day (start at the end of dinner and don’t eat your first meal until 14 hours into the next day)
  7. Add one (big) serving of greens to every meal. Steamed kale to breakfast or add raw kale to smoothie. Add another type of lettuce to salad for lunch. Make broccoli in addition to the spinach for dinner. 
  8. Smile at everyone you see on the street and at work. 
  9. Write down 3 things about yourself that you are grateful for or appreciate about yourself before bed.
