  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1-2 pitted date
  • ½ cup of water
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt at the end of the blending process if you want but its not needed at all.


Soak the cashews in water overnight. Soak the dates separately overnight or at least 4 hours. Next morning, drain the water from both of them, and rinse the cashews. Add the water to the blender first and then the cashews and dates. Mix until mixture is creamy. You can add more water if you need a little bit more of a liquid consistency.
