  • Jicama Slices
  • Sprouts
  • Chopped Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Radish
  • Avocado
  • Hummus
  • Salsa or Chopped Tomato
  • Chopped Cilantro


So quick, so easy, and absolutely delicious. You can either pick up some store-bought jicama slices or you can thinly slice your own jicama with a mandolin. Some of my favorites are listed in the ingredients but don’t hesitate to go crazy with your own favorites! I usually always have avocado, or homemade aioli that I make with aqua from chicken pea liquid, or hummus – something creamy to go on the jicama slice and then top with favorite plant-based taco add-ons. Yummy!
