So luxurious and good – you can’t believe that it’s healthy!
I’m going to share with you my love for Green Smoothie and how drinking this goodness helps you improve your overall well-being. Green smoothies are packed with nutrients such as vitamin A, C, folate and, potassium. It also contains fiber which helps lower cholesterol and glucose levels. It also helps regulate and cleanse your body from toxins.
- 3-4 cups Kale or Spinach or Mixed Greens
- 1 Avocado
- Handful of Walnuts
- 1 Cup of Berries
HOW TO CREATE:
Start by adding water to the Vitamix container so the base is liquid. Add in any green leafy veggies you have. I love arugula, spinach, kale, swiss chard. Then add in the Avocado, Walnuts, and Berries. I will sometimes throw in cucumber or radicchio in the summer, sprouts if I have them. Whatever is your flavor at the moment. Toppers can be nuts, berries, hemp seed! YUM!
